Positive comments are specific things a customer liked or enjoyed about a
restaurant.
Negative comments are specific things a customer did not like at the
restaurant.
Q: Why don't you post negative comments on your website?
A:
We provide negative comments to the restaurant owners, should they request to
see them. This allows restaurant owners to possibly correct or improve issues.
However, we do not provide a complaints service. Any serious health or safety
violations should be reported by the customer to the local health and safety authorities.
